We want you to feel confident in your purchase from Bloom Botanica.
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used bath or personal care products
- Items returned without original packaging
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at sales@bloom-botanica.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.
How to Start a Return
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Bloom Botanica is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you by email of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@bloom-botanica.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at sales@bloom-botanica.com before sending anything back.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank (processing times vary)
